Michael at Berwick Volvo is very helpful and generous with his time. I had some teething problems with the tech attached to the new EX30 Volvo which he spent time helping me with and it is all sorted now. I would recommend the vehicle and Michael.

Amazing service from Michael. He was amazing from the beginning of our journey with Volvo. He was very helpful when we had an issue with our parking sensors after purchase. However Marc (service manager) was not helpful or pleasant. He did not respond to two of my emails. Second email was asking if he received my first email from a month before…. He did acknowledge the emails after we had to get in contact with Michael to get the issue sorted. I can tell what kind of person he is from the way he speaks to his colleagues. Eve... read more

We were lucky enough to go through our sales journey with Josh Radloff. We felt that his knowledge of all things Volvo was exceptional, and his customer service was next level, making sure we were kept informed the whole way through and given lots of options.
