Purchased my first Volvo this week. After looking online and doing looks of research I knew what I was looking for. They had several used options that I wanted to see. One was unfortunately being used as a loaner car, but they were able to get it back and ready for test drive. Financing was great and easy to work with. I traded my old Nissan and left with a new car. Staff, David in sales was very friendly and communicative. I wish they fully detailed the car, but overall very great experience.
Appointment scheduled and dealership was on time and prompt with completing service. Not convinced my electrical charging cord issue was diagnosed correctly. Still faulting out at home within 10 minutes of plugging into 240v outlet. Uugh!
I appreciate the service department at Bend Volvo - the guys there are informative and friendly and honest about what services are must have now and what can potentially wait until later. They’ve taken great care of my car over the last few years - I definitely recommend them!
I can't say enough nice things about David and my entire purchase process with Volvo of Bend! I usually really loathe the whole car buying experience, but especially with the sales people at dealerships. They are often either extremely pushy and/or rude, and my experience was nothing like that here. David was very clear and communicative and patient with me when I did get anxious about the process. Bought a non-Volvo trade in and had a great experience. My sales rep was honest and helpful throughout the process. I flew in and drop the rig home. I would highly recommend working with Volvo of Bend.
