Absolutely one of the best dealership experiences ever. My salesman Chandler was incredibly knowledgeable of the XC90 plug in. His junior assistant Kyle was very helpful as well. They worked really well together. It was as if Chandler would ask Kyle to jump to it and Kyle would ask HOW HIGH? It was amazing service. All and all a great experience.
Would not hesitate to buy a car here again. Handled the purchase of my GMC Denali 3500 mostly via the web and on the phone with Kyle. It was over and above great in providing all the answer and as many details as necessary to move the purchase forward. Also appreciate Zach's help with moving me through closing quickly and efficiently. He saw that every promise made was kept. It was well worth the plane ride and the hotel stayover.
