I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 on August 13th, 2025. I have encountered extremely poor communications with their finance department. I am due a refund for a cancelled warranty. I requested the refund in October and then followed up with them a few weeks later to check the status. I was told by the new finance manager - Jamie Brown - that the previous finance manager had quit and left a lot of unfinished business when he departed.
