Had a great experience with the Auto Tech at Volvo. Just got a new car and Sergiv did a super professional job answering all of my questions and reviewing new car features. Thank you!

The entire experience of car buying was made easier and actually pleasant due to the excellent customer service and professionalism of Chandler and Evan. Their knowledge and explanation of the functions of our new car in user friendly terms was greatly appreciated. Beverly in the service department is definitely an assest. We will not hesitate to recommend Father's and Sons to our friends and family. Ruth & Michael

The Most Unprofessional and Worst Dealership Experience I Have Ever Had I have purchased and traded in vehicles at numerous dealerships over the years, and I can confidently say that my experience buying a Volvo from Open Road in Edison, New Jersey, has been, unequivocally, the worst. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this company is absolutely staggering. The dealership created so many problems for me during and after the purchase process—complex issues that I still trying to resolve for over a month. The staff'... read more

Although going to a car dealership is not typically a fun experience, Jay Youngblood at Volvo Athens made my experience buying a car a very good one. He helped me find a plug in Volvo (XC 60) with all of the newer safety features. Since I am 73 and haven’t had a new car in 13 years, I really didn’t know how to work anything. Jay gave me lessons until I had things set up and could work everything. Buying the car was a straightforward process. I love the car and love knowing how to use it. I could not give Jay enough stars. He... read more

JJulia at Kline Volvo is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She recently sold my son and me each a new Volvo SUV within just two weeks of one another, and she made the entire process wonderful. Looking for a new car can be agonizing, and we spent countless hours reviewing features on multiple cars, even considering other brands and sedans outside of Volvo. But what truly sold us on the Volvo wasn't just the car itself—it was Julia. She is so down to earth, knowledgeable, and personable. She took the t... read more

We bought a 2025 Volvo XC90 last week. Great experience with Beau as our salesperson (very patient-not pushy) and even better was Blake-he went thru all the bells and whistles and was very patient with us with probably simple commands/features that were very intuitive once he explained them once or twice. He never made us feel that we were taking too much of his time and of course offered to help us any time. Highly recommend both Beau and Blake. Blake should be promoted to sales!

So I bought my car from them 3 years ago. I went in to have a 40,000 miles service done. I paid $880.91 for an oil change, cabin filer to be replaced and brake system fluid flushed. They supposedly did a multi-point inspection. I didn't receive anything on that at all. The kicker is I live 3 hours away and had driven up each time I needed something done. I was told the 40,000 mile check would take about 3 to 4 hours so I requested a loaner - which they did give me. They were done with my car in 1 1/2 hours and charged... read more

Thank all of you for your reviews I have been thinking about getting rid of my XC90 for quite a while now mainly because I am in the shop pretty much every 4 to 6 weeks with one issue or another. I keep all my receipts and bring them in each time. Since alot of times they cannot seem to find them in their computer system....humm. Maybe I got a lemon from the get-go who knows. Are they going to be surprised this time since I put in cameras to check for leaks and who knows what will show up LOL.
