Always prompt and if I mess up my order they’ve always rechecked then called to fix it
I was not sure if I order the correct part (side mirror, right side) and it did not match the VIN, but is the correct part; 2 days to arrive verses 1 week at the dealership or auto parts store. I have used Annapolis for other items and never had an issue. Note - I could have called to confirm it was correct - free, but was confident that it was correct.
Ordered a part to fix a fault online. Part arrived the next day--244 miles. Installed part and fault disappeared in minutes. Part was out of stock in my area, and would have cost more. Could not be happier. Great work.
I’ve never actually been to Volvo Annapolis in person, but I’ve been ordering parts from them for about four years now. Every single time, my experience has been excellent. I live in California, and honestly, the biggest challenge when it comes to getting parts shipped here is dealing with UPS or FedEx.
