Like Family I bought my v50 wagon from Volvo of Orange County 3 years ago. I was always a little intimidated with the big dealers and their large service departments. Great Service at Volvo of OC I have brought my Volvo XC70 to the Volvo of OC dealer for all services and have been very pleased. My regular service adviser-Juan Aranda-is the best-always accommodating and there for you with any questions!! I have recommended the dealer to many friends who have since bought there as well!! This was my second Volvo purchase from this dealer and will return again!!
Quality and Service This location has a beautiful lot of both new and used cars. My family enjoys this place because it isn't high pressure, the sales associates are always polite and helpful. You can just drop by and look and gather more information without feeling the pressure of a sales associate. Parking is good, the location is easy to find. The showroom is beautiful. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.
Full service dealership San Diego Volvo knows the value of good customer service. They Sales department is very thorough but it is the Service Department that really shines! They have new and used car sales departments, a well-stocked parts department as well.
Thanks Volvo of Princeton Service Department! I was visiting from Ohio and encountered a mechanical problem with my 2006 Volvo C70. I called on Saturday morning and they scheduled an appointment immediately. When I arrived the staff was professional and courteous and got my car in right away. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me further good news that the part was covered by an extended warranty. Overpriced Volvo of Princeton is overpriced and they encourage you to fix things that don't necessarily need to be fixed. I would recommend taking your car to another place to get fixed.

Great customer service! I always have a great experience with their Service Department! They have worked on a problem with my car and fixed it free of charge since the car was so recently under warranty. They stand behind their products!!
I bought my car here early this year and had an extremely pleasant experience. Both the dealer and the finance manager really went out of their way to be flexible and work with me. Every time I have gone back for service they have been extremely courteous, professional, and helpful.
