Horrible service department!! I purchased my car in PA and had a wonderful service dept up there. Being a Volvo dealership, I figured the service I was used to was the standard. Boy was I wrong! If you can get passed the service writers' condescending remarks, then you get to listen to them stroke their own egos. The real fun begins when you have to contend with the dealership's crookedness.
