THANK YOU VOLVO CAR CLINIC Brought my Volvo in for a noise. They showed me my water pump which was bad bearings. It was ready to destroy my engine if the timing belt came off. THANK YOU TIM for saving my car.

VERY DISHONEST I had my Volvo towed to Volvo Car Clinic when it would'nt run and Tim said it needed $1500.00 to repair it. I paid less than that for the car so I took it to Built To Last and they put in a fuel pump and now it runs like new. Jeff at Built To Last is a much better mechanic and he is honest, bring your Volvo there.

GREAT VOLVO SHOP IN A SMALL TOWN TIM AND ANDY ARE THE BOMB WHEN IT COMES TO VOLVO CARS. NO ONE ELSE IN THIS AREA KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THESE CARS. The worst! Took my car there to get a timing set. Called before I got there, as it is a little bit of a drive from where I live. Tim quoted me $190 in labor, as I was supplying parts. After a week, I get a call, stating they now know everything that is wrong with my car. I never authorised them to conduct full diagnostic testing, and was surprised when Tim, the owner told me for the low price of $1200 my car would be back up and running. Absolutlytheworst! Worst experience I've had with a service shop ever! Brought car in for what was estimated to be a $650 repair, upon picking up the car the total bill was over $1040. When questioning the discrepancy I was totd that "estimates are only ballpark" No apologies or concessions were offered. Even after 15 minutes of expressing my disatisfaction the owner had the nerve to follow me out the door and suggest I bring the car back for other service he felt it needed and put license plate frames on the car advertising... read more

Volvo car clinic repair Terrible service. Everytime I bring my car there the repair is not fixed correctly. Then other things break down on my car. That were good before it went in for service.
