Review of Volvo experience with Volvo Villa based in Thornhill Ontario. Went in for scheduled maintenance on my XC40 and paid $600. We were told servicing anywhere but the dealership could void our warranty, so we've stayed loyal to this location. After a horrifying and humiliating dealership experience at Volvo Hamilton, I chose to file a complaint with Volvo Canada, rather than investigating what was quite clearly a blatantly event of racism, they chose to double down on the clear condescension, abhorrent and vile mannerism and language. Volvo Canada's agents displayed a severe lack of empathy and compassion. The response they sent after 8 weeks of follow ups was crude and offensive to say the least.
