I worked with Mike and Bo and had a great experience start to end. Got my car back better than when I dropped it off 👍👍
I've been having my car serviced here (2019 S60 T6) for the last few years, since having a unpleasant experience with the other Volvo dealer in the Twin Cities. Experience had been good, always loaner cars available, service is good and people are friendly.
Very poor customer service.
It is a shame that the beautiful cars get paired with the terrible service of Kline Volvo. I have been a 3 year customer and they still don't know who I am, are sending me redundant and confusing marketing messages and calls, and having a "don't care" attitude when you present them with a challenge. The only thing they seem to do well is selling cars, but don't expect more.
