That’s what happens when you pull a gun out of your concealment holster and wave it around. Then give the person attitude for wanting to make sure that the gun that was just pointed at him isn’t loaded. Try that at any other gun store and they probably would not even be as nice as I was. Learn your basic firearm safety rules
