We are sorry for your experience. After Reviewing all of the video footage, let me clarify to anyone who might read your review. You were immediately greeted at the front counter where you and your family spoke to one of our sales associate for about 2 minutes. After that you and your family went back to the range counter and were the 4th people in line. After one range associate helped two young ladies pick out a gun he showed them to the range. Sorry it took a bit to get back to you. Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into intercom systems and pagers, but both present their own issues with the layout in the store. We are always trying to improve though. Next time you come to visit ask for Paul. He will take care of you.
