I was recommended to this pediatric office for my son and the first appointment I had with them was not satisfactory. This office doesn’t take my insurance so I am cash pay which is worth it to me if the standard of care is great for my son. My son is Intact and the nurse proceeded to give incorrect intact care for my son and was rude — which is saddening and I’m hoping other moms of intact boys steer clear or have a strict policy with this location. Always takes care of my kids with complete professionalism
They need a new insurance specialist! Was going here for years, with only minor issues... not sure what's going on, but the office staff is falling apart. On the hunt for a new pediatrician for my littles.
RecommendedLove, love, love this office! They're friendly and very easy to get a hold of. They return phone calls in a timely fashion. They're even helpful after hours, if needed. We see Ann and we love her. She's kind and patient and I never feel rushed.
Wow- thank you for taking the time to see my kiddos not only once but twice while on vacation. So thankful you were able to squeeze them in instead of sitting at the urgent care /ER. I would highly recommend them. Made all of us feel at home even though it was our first visit with sick kids. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
There the best been going there for 13 years
I took my 6 (girl) and 7(boy) year olds for their physical for school recently. Taylor was an absolute pleasure! She interacted so well with both the kids and went over things during the exam with not only me but with the kids too! She made jokes, put a smile on their faces, and had them at ease! I am so glad that Volusia Pediatrics brought Taylor on board! Thank you for being awesome Taylor!!!
Dr. Garcia and her staff are the best in the business. As a new mom they give me comfort knowing my little girl is getting the best care. Amy, their Lactation consultant, helped me tremendously with breastfeeding in the beginning! Words cannot describe how much confidence Volusia pediatrics has given our family! Thank you for always being available and taking amazing care of our baby! ❤️
