Do not take your kids here! Horrible service- staff was disrespectful and dismissive. Do not recommend !

Update: I was finally able to get through and make an appointment. They had plenty of availability and was able to get me in very quickly. Never answers the phone...just rings and rings and rings. Hope you don’t need an appointment soon because they won’t answer the phone.

You are just a number to them. Dr. Garcia didn't have time to see my two sons after we spent 30 minutes settling an insurance matter. I've waited over an hour to be seen in the past and Dr. Garcia didn't have time for us after an only 30 minute delay??? Seriously? We were just there to get a physical for my son to play football. I asked if they could just do that for us, NO. I told them I took the day off from work to get this taken care of, still NO. Okay, see ya Volusia Pediatrics.

Our last few visits with Volusia-Pediatrics have not been the best. There is no sense of urgency for the office itself. In some ways I felt that there is discrimination based on the insurance assuming each African-American is insured through medicaid which is not the case for my family and I. Communication is terrible between the office staff and doctors, there is no consistency.
