My dad goes there and he gets write-ups for NOTHING. he put his hat on his locker and he got a writeup. the service there is actually upsetting. they create their own rules, and the food there is probably worse than prison food. The VOA is supposed to be a helpful resource to help people yet all it does is give people a messed up head. This place is THE WORST. i wont wanna give it one star but i cant give it 0 stars.
Absolutely waste of time worth spending the extra money to go anywhere else first appointment I had the receptionist set the appointment time for a time they weren’t even open then to get into a class I have had to call and bother them no joke around 15 times to finally get a call back to make a official appointment I’ve never been more disappointed in the organization of the voa GO ANYWHERE ELSE
They set they residents up for success. Simple rules, some just don't follow them. You get what you put into it. It's much better than the alternative, hands down. Great leadership.
