My grandma lives here and I am so glad that she does. This is one of few affordable senior housing options in Denver that charges rent based on a percent of your income. All utilities are included in rent as well. All her neighbors and the residents are very friendly. There are numerous community and educational events here as well (info sessions, field trips, exercise class, etc) and the staff has been very helpful.
