We are a 501 ( C ) medical clinic providing health care to low-income, medically uninsured residents of Deschutes County, Oregon. We provide over 8, 000 patient visits annually through the work of more than 300 volunteers. All of the care at our clinic is provided and coordinated by our dedicated volunteers with the support of a small cadre of staff who schedule volunteers, oversee programs, maintain facilities and raise funds. Do not call this business around the first of the month if at all possible due to the fact that everyone is calling them. It took almost 20 times of a busy signal before someone answered and then I was placed on hold for 27 minutes. Im sure its a great place, however, the manner in which they handle phone calls is out dated.
