Yesterday my family had to say goodbye to a beloved member of our family! He was with us for the short time of 141/2 years! The staff at Volunteer are very professional. They handle patients and parents with loving care. Thank you for seeing our Sheva and for caring for her well being. I am sad that she went over the rainbow, but it was no one's fault. Birds go down hill so fast. <3
I am so grateful for Dr. Dixon for treating my dog several years ago when he was near death. His staff took care of him all weekend, day and night into the next week. I will forever be grateful. They have a wonderful staff of doctors and people.

I was very disappointed on my first visit to this clinic. As a new resident to the area I called to make an appointment to have my dogs bathed. They don't have grooming but do bathing but I needed to have my dogs paws shaved as the fur irritates their paw pads. I was assured they could do the shaving and was told to mention it at drop off. My husband dropped off the dogs and was given a hard time about the request to shave their paws, but they reluctantly agreed to do so. Upon pickup we found their paws were not shaved. The staff are WONDERFUL! They took good care of my dog when she was hurt and very patient when we had to put her down. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
