This is the best storage rental in Seymour
The five star review is strictly for Gary the gentleman that does maintenance on the property. He was extremely helpful during my move out of the storage unit today. As far as the call center you get when you call their number - not great.

No local management. A company in California runs it. I rented a unit and immediately got a price increase. They apparently don't care where outside stored vehicles are parked. I told them about this boat blocking the drive August 12th. October 25th it was still there. The lady that handles the paperwork over the phone has been wonderful but has to refer everything to a manager.
