If you place items that are of value, both monetarily and sentimentally, and trust that they will be safe, with an onsite manager, do not rent from here. My family needed a secure, climate controlled unit to store extra furniture for my elderly mother as we moved her into her new home. Volunteer Storage was perfect, well-located, and provided easy access. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Management was gracious, patient and helpful in every way.
