Horrible place and Stephen that works for them is a liar. Had our boat stored at this place since 9/2024 and never had issues at all until last Friday. Went by to check on the boat after rain on Thursday night and our boat was gone. We called LC police as we thought it was stolen. Cop shows up and Stephen at this facility spoke to the cop and informed him that they made a clerical error and removed the wrong boat. I rented a unit with Volunteer in Lenoir City owned by Blackfield & Associates. I called the number for the manager Stephen 3 hours before my arrival with a hourly moving company. No response was given until after I arrived and had no where to leave my home contents. STEPHEN immediately was unapologetic and rude and refused after racking my bill up another 180 and said Goodluck to me and hung up.
