I have dealt with Ron and his company for close to 20 years, and i have not had any reason to complain. If there is an issue. It is swiftly dealt with. That previous review sounds like it was probably from a petty ex employee.
They are a very low budget, low quality, and low integrity operation. Quality of work and customer service are far from the top priority. 90% of his business comes from commercial jobs that are won by simply bidding the lowest price and spending time or care on making the property actually look good.
