Have been going to several specialists at OSU for 10 yrs. Have always received excellent care!
Terrible experience today. We have waited the entire day to be seen, and that’s not an exaggeration. We got here around 9:45 and it is currently 3:15 and we are *still waiting* for him to be taken back for his procedure. Every update we get is “a little longer.” Another hour passes. “A little longer.” Another hour passes. “A little longer.” This is just entirely unacceptable. Builds a giant new tower and still has patients waiting 4+ hours to be seen, even when an OSU doctor told them to go to the hospital because of a medical necessity. Great work. After finally being brought back, everything has been much better. Nurses and doctors have been great and taken care of us since. The initial intake was very poor and that is a concern as the initial reason for coming in could have been life threatening. But after that has been a great experience.
Bro why is it taking 7+ hours to get people admitted in to a room? This building is huge, and yet you guys are at full capacity? It feels like my coworker is intentionally being stiffed, even though he came here for a serious health concern.
