I MADE A POINT TO BE AT THE OFFICE ON STONE DRIVE IN KINGSPORT,TN. AT 8;00AM ON SUNDAY MORNING JANUARY 4,2015...I HAD SEVERAL STAPLES IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD THAT WERE USED TO CLOSE UP TWO GASHES I RECIEVED FROM A FALL(WHEN I FELL MY HEAD TOOK A DIRECT BLOW FROM A CONCRETE PARKING BARRIER),I HAD BEEN TOLD TO HAVE THESE REMOVED IN 7 TO 10 DAYS-THE TIME HAD CAME TO HAVE THESE TAKEN OUT AND UNFORTUNATLEY I HAD A DR. My son-in-law was a patient in the ER on 09/21/14 with a severely sprained ankle and foot. He received the worse care that I have ever seen. The Dr told him to put absolutely no pressure on his foot or leg for 2 days and use crutches. He never got anything for pain, he got no crutches and they never wrapped his ankle and foot. They wrote him a prescription for crutches and my daughter had to get him in a wheelchair and wheel him out to the car herself. WORST PLACE EVER! The faculty there was so RUDE. I will never take my kids there again because of how we were treated. I am even ashamed of myself for rating this place a one. Do not go here because they don't have a clue what they're doing and they are the rudest bunch. AWFUL.

My wife has a chronic condition that causes severe pain. At welmont hospitals we have always been treated coldly or as drug seekers. JMH is totally different. Also they post wait times on their web sight for the ER. GREAT HOSPITAL!
Son was scheduled for surgery for 7:30 am , and was taken back promptly at that time , however we waited 4 hours in prep because they were running behind , that's never a fun wait and had very long delays when asking why , typical I guess for most hospitals but my review none the less .
I had open heart surgery. Dr. Williams, the cardiac surgeon, and his staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my problem. The intensive care unit and cardiac care unit took very great care of me after surgery. Overall, my experience with Bristol Regional Medical Center, the doctors, nurses, and rest of staff was exceptionally great. Many Thanks, Vance Williams
