Charise is an excellent NP. She is caring and thorough. Her office does not prescribe opiates which may explain the sourpuss of other reviews. We have alway found her to be extremely professional. Her office is clean, the staff is plentiful and friendly. There was turnover - however it was a doctor who just stopped showing up to work. The front desk, nurses, medical assistants and lab tech have all been there for as long as we've been going. Our entire family loves Charise!
Terribly unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend at all. Most of the previous staff has left, so her nurse is very rude as well.
the employees are very polite and courteous and helps when you need it and if you got a problem they're there to help me
Bad experience. NP was not knowledgeable and we didn't feel well taken care of. My daughter was pregnant and they almost did a CT scan without taking precautions. Multiple problems dealing with staff that was very unfriendly. VERY unfriendly... sorry to have to rate this way but someone is going to be hurt there...

This facility is a disgrace to the mental health profession. Patients are ridiculed by nursing staff and overly sedated to keep patients from "bothering" staff. Do not allow your loved one to be placed in this facility. It is an atrocity that human beings experiencing mental anguish could be treated with such disrespect and lack of compassion.
i went for extreme pain in my left wrist/hand. they told me i had tendentious, but my insurance wont pay for a brace anyway, so she said "i'm going to just write it off as a sprain." not very happy
They always are caring and understanding,especially great with my kids.I always go here.always quick but thorough
Although the service at the time was fine, the office refused to bill my daughter's secondary insurance. As a result, they continued to bill me and referred me to collection. If you don't mind paying more than you owe, this is an acceptable place to go.
