Blake was an excellent technician. He was very professional and thorough and he explained each step of the process. Scheduling department was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.
Blake was an amazing technician, and the company was very responsive. I called about 9:30 AM with the heater that wasn’t working right on a 7° morning. By 10:30 AM, they were here. And Blake went right to work. He was very respectful, hard-working, and he treated my house very well by stomping and wiping his feet before entering. They are very good to work with.. Time set, they show up, do what needs to be done and even more. Everyone there is nice and will work with you. Also their techs always have advice for me to help out on my units! I highly recommend Volunteer heating and cooling!! Thank you !!
It was the hottest day of the year, naturally when my AC died. I saw Volunteer's website which said to call at anytime. It was 7:08 am on a Wednesday morning so I was skeptical that no one would be there, but made the call anyway. I was amazed when the phone was promptly answered by a very nice, professional receptionist who immediately took my information and assured me a technician would be here mid morning. Our upstairs unit went out one evening and they were there the next day. Jesse was great!! Very nice, professional and helpful. He had us up and running in about 20 minutes--he found a cut wire and saved us from buying a new unit! I could not be more pleased with Volunteer. They will have my business from here on!
