They put in a new ac unit and did a good job. My complaint is that they didn’t shut the gas off and my whole house smelled of gas. Had to get elderly mother and myself and pets out. Luckily my exotic birds didn’t die because even smallest smells can kill them. They also left the gate outside open and 2 of my dogs were running and almost got hit by a car. When they removed the inside unit the hole in floor was exposed and I had to gather cat to put away which I should have done before they came so that was on me. They were ve... read more
Blake was an excellent technician. He was very professional and thorough and he explained each step of the process. Scheduling department was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.
Blake was an amazing technician, and the company was very responsive. I called about 9:30 AM with the heater that wasn’t working right on a 7° morning. By 10:30 AM, they were here. And Blake went right to work. He was very respectful, hard-working, and he treated my house very well by stomping and wiping his feet before entering. They are very good to work with.. Time set, they show up, do what needs to be done and even more. Everyone there is nice and will work with you. Also their techs always have advice for me to help out on my units! I highly recommend Volunteer heating and cooling!! Thank you !!
It was the hottest day of the year, naturally when my AC died. I saw Volunteer's website which said to call at anytime. It was 7:08 am on a Wednesday morning so I was skeptical that no one would be there, but made the call anyway. I was amazed when the phone was promptly answered by a very nice, professional receptionist who immediately took my information and assured me a technician would be here mid morning.
