It was the hottest day of the year, naturally when my AC died. I saw Volunteer's website which said to call at anytime. It was 7:08 am on a Wednesday morning so I was skeptical that no one would be there, but made the call anyway. Our upstairs unit went out one evening and they were there the next day. Jesse was great!! Very nice, professional and helpful. He had us up and running in about 20 minutes--he found a cut wire and saved us from buying a new unit! I could not be more pleased with Volunteer. They will have my business from here on!
My downstairs 2 ton air conditioner was not cooling. I always get multiple quotes on jobs. Charles Stone arrived first and handed me a quote on their way out the door and stated that the unit would have to be ordered. VHC came behind them with a crew who diagnosed the same problem but someone else would be coming out to do an estimate. My thermostat upstairs was not working properly. The installation guys were very professional. They weren't rushing to get the job done, they took their time to do the job right.I could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. I was impressed with the entire installation. Chris came out to give the estimate on the new unit and crawled under the floor and told me that some changes that needed to be done and explained why.
