If I could just rate this place 0 stars I would, if you have any other options just don't go here. If you have no other options, then godbless you and good luck. I can't even get an appointment scheduled for a court ordered mental health evaluation because of the level of incompetence at this "Behavioral Health Care Center." Every receptionist I've spoken to at the Smyrna, TN location has the attitude of someone who clearly doesn't want to be on the phone, or helping you. My daughter is a new patient there and she has yet to go to an appointment after over a month. She has been rescheduled twice and there's no way to contact anyone there.I thought th we realist and counselors were supposed to be there for their patients.
