Horrible! I have been trying to schedule a first-time appointment and they are avoiding me. I know this because I have been directed to a "this person is not available" voice mail. When I called back they said hello, heard my name, and put me back to the voice mail. If your office truly intend to help people -- THEN ACT LIKE IT! If anyone falls into crisis mode because of your BS office... I hope they shut you down.
If I could just rate this place 0 stars I would, if you have any other options just don't go here. If you have no other options, then godbless you and good luck. I can't even get an appointment scheduled for a court ordered mental health evaluation because of the level of incompetence at this "Behavioral Health Care Center." Every receptionist I've spoken to at the Smyrna, TN location has the attitude of someone who clearly doesn't want to be on the phone, or helping you. My daughter is a new patient there and she has yet to go to an appointment after over a month. She has been rescheduled twice and there's no way to contact anyone there.I thought th we realist and counselors were supposed to be there for their patients.
