This place is awful and their employees are terrible at cutting hair. I do not recommend this place at all.
My wife came here on July 3, 2026, for a haircut on her birthday. Her mother was paying for it as a present. My wife asked for a cut with layers. Her stylist, Tamila, only gave her a basic cut. There were no layers. My wife has severe anxiety, so she didn’t say anything, but she was very disappointed when she got home. I couldn’t even tell my wife had gotten a haircut. Amazing honestly the best, lived in Waterloo for 23 years and never had a hair cut and styling like this ever, ask for Khalid such a kind professional and spreads happiness, the whole place everyone there is amazing
I had an amazing experience at Volume Hair Studio yesterday! Ryan did my haircut and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was going from long hair I’d been growing for a couple of years to a short cut…a big change for me and Ryan made the whole process so comfortable. He listened to me with so much patience and took his time with every detail, which meant the world to me for a cut like this.
