I got my hair cut here a couple months ago, and I had a terrible experience. I tried to contact them and never heard back so here we go. TLDR: I am trans masc and my gender expression was not respected. Would not recommend to trans folks. My spouse booked me a men's hair cut, explicitly asking for a men's haircut and a men's stylist. Rebeccah is so amazing at what she does and is such a lovely person. My go to! Edit: i have booked online for years and years and just got told that "due to how online booking works" your stylist might not actually have time for the appointment you select so beware of you need the service done in time for something

I had a horrible experience Saturday and will not recommend one stylist there for sure. When arrived for my appointment the salon was busy which I expected being a holiday weekend, I was booked with Feryal who I did not request, the entire time she spent complaining she had to cut my hair, made rude comments (I have thick hair) about how thick my hair was rolling her eyes while cutting my hair, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said yes I can do that, my entire appointment took 15 mins (wash cut and blow dry) s... read more
