I am so grateful to Tamila for giving me the confidence to cut my hair short. She is highly professional and supportive, always smiles and gives an extra of herself. I feel she really cares to make me happy, and I get compliments on every haircut she makes! Tamila was super grumpy and unapproachable
I booked a wash and style appointment with Tamila, and my experience was very disappointing. From the start, she seemed unapproachable, no greeting or smile, just a quick “hi for a wash and style.” During the wash, there was an unpleasant smell, and she didn’t make any effort to avoid getting water on my face. She also didn’t towel wrap my hair afterward, so I had to walk to the chair with water dripping down. The brushing was rough and uncomfortable, and the final style looked rushed and unpolished.
