You know I went to him for almost 10 years and still would he if it not had been for the terrible transportation services I received which had nothing to do with Dr voltin . He is a good doctor.

I've been see Dr. Votin for 11 plus years. Have not once seen the person some reviewers are describing. Need More like Dr. Voltin!!

I truly hope this man was sidetracked with more “important” issues the day of my appointment, to excuse his failure to demonstrate any type of psychiatric expertise. I have never been so shocked/offended by a physicians lack of care, nor have I ever been so uncomfortable with a therapist in my life. I’m giving him 5 stars because I honestly don’t believe Mr. Voltin could possibly conduct his practice the way I experienced today, and remain in business. He was horrible to me at a very low point in my life. I saw him one time and never went back. He was not a kind person at all. Thankfully I found a provider who listens at SHMHC in Princeton.

I have recurring major depression. He was so intent on using TMS on me - which was totally ineffective - that he refused to listen when I was begging for help (i.e., to re-start my medication). I was seriously considering suicide at this time - on top of his indifference I contacted Bea Carper for help. She told me she would talk to Dr. V for me. I went to him nearly 3 decades ago, when he was fresh out of school. He's the same now as he was then. My perception of him is that he's a sadistic man with a God-complex. He does Not learn about or gather information about his patients, doesn't listen. I felt that he had a preconceived notion of what he wanted my problem to be. You're diagnosis with him will be whatever his flavor-of-the-week may be... I honestly don't understand how he's still allowed to practice.

I went to Dr. Voltin for a year and he refused to listen to me or my symptoms and even laughed as I cried in his office. I have told him the type of medication he has given me is genuinely affecting my daily life and mental health and he ignores every word. He is rude and unhelpful and wanted nothing but to force TMS. I will never go back. His treatment has left me emotionless and feeling like my search for help is hopeless. I would not recommend him to anyone. He is greedy and inconsiderate.
