Always have a great meal and service. It’s not cheap but they always deliver.
The food was average. Service was beyond awful. If you are a looking to get discriminated against (1964), be sure to come here and take a seat at the bar. The bartender (brown hair millennial) might be the most incompetent human in the 98033 zip code. Whiny whiny lady that made the dining experience excruciating with her high pitched yell. DINE ELSEWHERE.
When did this place become terrible? Used to be good... 30 for Barilla pasta (they even call out they use .99 pasta on the menu) Had a girls night with 10 of us and no one liked their food
I am in Seattle visiting my parents, and they took me to happy hour last night at the ballard location. We sat at the bar, and the bartender completely made our night. To the young Sam Ax aka, "chuck finley" thanks so much for rocking at your job and keeping us laughing all evening! The food was amazing (the polenta is positively decadent), the wine was fantastic, and the atmosphere could not have been better!!! I kinda want to go back tonight for a glass of wine just to see if "chuck Finley" is working!!!

At that pricing a package of proscuitto at costco should cost 10000 dollars at retail and taste just as good. The hh cheese plate is similar in value ( although a little better). Also oil can soup used to be a thing at Volterra in Ballard, apparently they have never had oil can soup befo... read more
