Great place and they help out alot plus that they are quick with solving the battery problems
Stay away that's all I can say the guy working the counter has no service skills and shouldn't be running a shop won't be coming back.. Hopefully they honor there warranty
I bought batteries here for many years. Their customer service used to be pretty good but now is absolutely terrible and their prices are through the roof. Let’s be honest voltage your batteries aren’t the greatest so why would you charge premiums for them? They are a humongous fraud! Online will say one price but when you get in store, they’re extremely overpriced. That is literally the definition of a fraud. Stay away and deal with better quality business owners. I bought 4 batteries for a scissor lift at this location. I used the lift approximately 1 hr over the period of 2 months. The battery exploded while in use. I take it to the location for warranty and they refused to replace it or to sell me a new one. They refused to sell me a new one after I made them aware that i would be reviewing their business. That was my punishment for reviewing them.
