Volta deleted my review and others before me which just shows what kind of place/management this is. I’ll re highlight the main parts: high management turnover, multiple car break ins in the garage with no footage despite “cameras” in garage, overcharged multiple times for rent by “accident”, very sketchy activity behind the apartment (drug use, drug deals, loitering). I agree with the other reviews. Terrible place to live in Seattle. There are always people loitering right outside the entrance door. There have also been tents found in stairwells from people sneaking in and sleeping in the hallways. The management is unresponsive and aren’t in the office during their office hours. There are no building amenities. Small parking garage. No garbage drop from the floors. No way to send out packages. Dark lobby hallway. Something is always broken: lights, callbox, etc.

Terrible place, stay away. Apartments are nice internally, but the area is one of the worst places in Seattle, also constant noise from bars around during summer. Most of the time there is nobody in leasing office, service quality is pretty bad.

I lived at Volta for 17 months and loved the view from my apartment as well as the apartment itself, but management was nonexistent, had my bike stolen from the garage that was locked to a designated cheap metal bar that didn’t match the strength of some shower rods I’ve had in the past as the designated bike rack and was told that they were too busy to review video surveillance footage.
