I have had the same experience with this company as latest reviewers mentioned. No patent filing receipt was provided after all the back and forth on emails and phone calls. Now the emails are bouncing back and their website does not work either. Most likely they have rebranded themselves as a different company and started the process again. I am also looking into my legal options to sue them for damages.
Has anyone else been ghosted by these attorneys?? I have been working with them the past 3 years with all my patent info and all of a sudden no correspondence! I received notification from the USPTO that my patents have been unresponsive! This is unbelievable!! For anyone who this happened to, you can call the USPTO and get the status of your info and/or status if it were even filed. I am contacting the bar association in DC to see what I need to do to file a complaint, and to see options for a civil suit!
