Decent place but have zero desire to enforce rules. Dog park closes daily at 10 pm, and daily after 10 pm I get woken up by dogs. We have talked to the managers about this countless times, and they do nothing. It requires them simply locking it at night to stop stupid people, but they don’t. I get 6 hours a sleep per night because of this and I’m sick of them not doing a single thing about it. Literally happened again WHILE TYPING THIS REVIEW!
The property staff is super un-organized and will not send you a end of lease statement for what is owed vs not owed. I emailed and went in person several times to ask for my end of lease statement and both Kara and Kawaan never replied to my emails. I asked Kara in person and she said "no you're all good." Come to find out, 6 months later, a collection agency is calling me for their money from Volta. First day I moved in, there was broken glass and nails all over my balcony.
