I pay monthly for pest control and since I moved in when the weather gets warm this apartment becomes OVERRUN with ants. I am so ready to move out this is such a pain to have to take care of myself.
The apartment itself is very spacious and they offer garages for additional fees. I don't like the fact that you have to pay for parking outside of having a garage. They have a nice clubhouse, pool and grills The community has undergone 3 community managers including a complete change in the management company in the 3 years we have been here. Moved in not too long ago, loving it so far! The one bedroom layouts are fantastic, plenty of space and lots of storage options. Appliances are nice and the granite counters are huge plus side. I love how many outlets there are throughout the whole unit! They do optional community events which is very cool and I haven’t seen another complex do that. I did a tour with Nicole and I just have to note how informative and easy going she was. What an amazing bubbly personality she has! The property is absolutely beautiful and I was ready to start the process on living here. However I found out I would be PCSing soon and did not want to have to start a new lease to leave halfway through. If I find myself back in the Springs I will surely be back here.
