After being stuffed around by one of the main online Pilates Reformer retailers who operates several websites under different names. I came across the Volt Pilates website. The beautiful Q2 reformer was in stock. Their customer service was responsive and helpful. And best of all I ordered on a Wednesday morning and my Reformer was delivered from Melbourne to Brisbane by Friday lunchtime. Purchased the Q2 Maple Wood Studio Reformer in August 2021. This is a very well built Pilates Reformer. The price and inclusions were also great value.
