I worked with realtor Shawn and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. We entered into a signed agreement at a reduced price due to an electrical panel concern. Melissa is hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. The market has been very slim this year and she did everything she could to help us find our next rental property.
