I wanted a natural style with braids in the front and my curls in the back. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and it didn’t look anything like what she did, the parts weren’t straight, the braids looked weeks old, and I told her the braids in the front weren’t supposed to go all the way down and she didn’t take them out, I had to go home and fix my own hair. Wouldn’t go back
