Ordered an oil cooler from the VW website and it just so happens the part came from this place. First of all the Manager Travis has a serious attitude problem. Secondly they sent the wrong part and when I shipped it back TRAVIS made up some bogus story and told me that he could not issue a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THERE.
Terrible experience with Travis and the rest of the employees here. I bought a remote start from here, and the website assured me that it would work with my year and model. I ordered and dropped my car off at the dealer to have them install it. I was given a loaner car and left my car overnight for the installation. I come the next day to pick it up, and they tell me the remote start is not compatible with this model because "it is too new."
