Jake O'Halloran took excellent care of all of my vehicle's service needs. It was my first visit to the dealership, but I was welcomed and taken care of as if I'd been a customer for 20+ years. He clearly explained all the work done for my vehicle's 50,000 mile service. The experience left me feeling valued as a customer.
Jacob O'Halloran was great with first greeting me, and then going over what to expect with the service for my 2016 Hyundai. I keep coming back to this dealership because I feel comfortable with how I'm treated.
I had a great experience at Dick Hannah VW of Portland. Ann, Olivia, Jake and Bud were friendly and took great care of me. I appreciated the level of communication and support. I will return there for service for my Volkswagen!
