Gearbox oil, engine oil, brake fluid, and tire rotation were completed in two hours from my appointment window. Pretty quick considering how busy they were. SA got me a discount on the service and helpful followup to all my questions. 2025 Golf R 30,000mi.

On Aug 27, 2026 I brought my 2017 VW Jetta GLI for recommended service. They also preformed a complementary battery test. The services were completed, when I got home I checked the oil level and discovered the battery cover missing. I messaged Hannah service regarding the missing part. No reply. I cannot recommend this service. If you do risk it, I strongly suggest taking a photo of outside, interior, and under the hood. Make a complete inspection before leaving the service area.
