I was very dissatisfied with the service that was provided while my vehicle was there. From start to finish the service advisor MEKONNEN WOSSENE at the desk that was helping me was not knowledgeable and was not understanding what I was explaining and when I would ask questions he would just repeat himself the exact same thing over and over even after I told him I had heard all what he was saying several times already.
