Extremely frustrated after having a tire issue go on for 6 months. The problem kept changing and finally resulted in me buying new tires which I'm not even sure I needed after I had already paid for them and showed up to my last appointment. Turns out there is supposed to be a ring between the tire and the roter that they didn't know was missing until now. Also, communication has been horrible. Our car was in the shop for over a month while needed parts arrived. Not the fault of the service department but not exactly a strong endorsement of Volkswagen either for a late model car .
They were able to get my car in and get it fixed same day. Unfortunately, it was a problem that we thought was fixed the last time, but they did a great job on getting it corrected
