Honestly dont even know how to go into this. I called and set up an appointment oe my 2014 vw touareg tdi. clearly stating the issues and what I thought it may be. Wet floorboard. Overheating. Coolant disappearing. And an egr code. I was told they would look into it and diagnose for 200. Id have the car back probably early afternoon. But not at all what happens.
