my whole experience was amazing. my car was fixed in a timely manner, Ms Freda was very helpful and explained everything that was done. They also gave me a car wash gift card and topped off my washer fluid.
I have paid off my VW and can’t get my title because VW Credit has an electronic lien on the car and they won’t remove it. They sent me proof that I don’t owe anything but the DMV states it’s an electronic one so it has to be removed by VW Credit electronically. VW refuses to do so. I can’t sell my car or trade it in for a new one. This is not aimed towards VW themselves.
