I was coming back in the shop 3 times in two weeks with same issue. They couldn’t fix it correctly and efficient. Poor communication and lots of wasted time. To find on status of your vehicle was a challenge and time consuming. Unpleasant customer service experience. And after 3 weeks of frustration the repair bill is fantastic:$3.742.90 .
I went today for a complimentary windshield wiper blade change offered by the service center and Mr. John Hallman was very helpful from the moment I entered the service center. Not only he checked me in right away, but immediately went to get the new blades and installed them right away. Then bonus, ran my car through the car wash, which my car was in desperate need of. In summary I drove out of there with new blades and a clean car in less than 15 mins, success. Thank you Mr. Hallman !
Purchased my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas here back in 2017, but I’m done with this service dept. It’s always busy and they’ll keep your car all damn day for just an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep guy Ronald has a condescending attitude. Not even sure if he still works there. The last time I was here for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told there was a bad head gasket that was causing an oil leak and it would cost 10k for a new head gasket. I've brought my cars to this Volkswagen service center for the past few months, and the experience has been consistently smooth and positive. I really want to commend Keith, the service director, and Jose for their great work. Their professionalism and attention to detail made each visit a breeze. Highly recommend!
