Great service. Make a drop off appointment and easy peasy. They have complimentary Lyft to take you to home or work and back to pick up your car once it is done.
Before my oil change everything was working great. but after it was the worst oil service i had ever. Before oil change no light on screen. But after my dash look like this.
Found a car online and was able to schedule an appointment to test drive it within an hour. Just walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Sales reps are wearing khaki shorts and short-sleeve polo shirts, no pressure, very laid-back. Ryan, my sales rep, was friendly, helpful, and used no high-pressure sales tactics. Tyler in finance had my paperwork done in about 30 minutes. I was honestly in and out in under 90 minutes. Would recommend highly.
Purchased a new Atlas 2 weekends ago and had issues with the tech connecting. After 5 days in the shop, Ramon offered to swap us out to make us right. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will be purchasing another vehicle here in the future. Ask for Ramon, no sleazy salesman vibe, honest person that you can relate to. Highly recommend this dealer.
