Took my wife’s 2019 Tiguan to this dealer due to the turbo charger failing. They replaced the turbo for $2300, just labor. The car was just outside warranty but vw covered the new turbo as vw is in lawsuits for their turbos at this time, which was nice. Otherwise it would be over $3000. When we picked up the car, I noticed it was sluggish. After a few days the engine light came back on showing turbo issues, again. Took it back to dealer and they said it was the cable to the turbo. Updated after the response ** I drive a 2022 Volkswagen ID.4 AWD and have had a terrible experience with Lindsay Volkswagen of Sterling. Erik was super communicative, and when my vehicle wasn't fixed on time was kind enough to provide vouchers for rideshare. Got my wheels refinished which look great, and a fuel line rattle (mostly) fixed. No hassle with the warranty claims.
Worst place to get your car serviced. I took my car with the problem they couldn't find the problem and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. After replacing the fuel pump the car had the same exact problem. They said they have to replace the fuel sensor and they were charging 4 hours for replacing the sensor that every book calls for 1.7 hours. They were still not sure that would fix the problem. After sending a $1200 repair bill my car was not fixed and it still had the same exact problem.
Not organized what so ever, called in to know if I can come in for an oil change and alignment, they said we’re kind of busy but with the type of service you need it should be fine. Drove 20+ minutes and then they said we can schedule you for a different day since you’re already here….
