Worst place to get your car serviced. I took my car with the problem they couldn't find the problem and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. After replacing the fuel pump the car had the same exact problem. They said they have to replace the fuel sensor and they were charging 4 hours for replacing the sensor that every book calls for 1.7 hours. They were still not sure that would fix the problem. After sending a $1200 repair bill my car was not fixed and it still had the same exact problem.
Not organized what so ever, called in to know if I can come in for an oil change and alignment, they said we’re kind of busy but with the type of service you need it should be fine. Drove 20+ minutes and then they said we can schedule you for a different day since you’re already here….
Can’t express how satisfied I was with the service provided by Lindsay’s at Dulles. An independent shop diagnosed my car’s starting problems as a bad alternator and quoted me more than $2000 for the repair. Decided to get a second opinion from these guys and it turned to be a simple badly coded battery that cost a fraction of the price to fix.
Rude. Spoke with a lady in service dept. regarding recent PODS recall. After the first few pleasantries, her tone changed as soon as I made an inquiry on a loner. Maybe she is just enforcing VW corporate policy? but, no loaner for a full day repair? I am expected drop my vehicle off by 0830 and pick it up after 1700. I mentioned this is a family car with car seats. No concern there. I guess I will have to put the car seat on their Uber.
