Fantastic Customer service
Super great service. Helped me out in a pinch and fixed my car. The same day without a appointment. And also helped me save money. I live in Jacksonville and would drive down every service just based off of the experience I had there.
David went out of his way to ensure my car was taken care of.
We were traveling in FL from a different state and gave them a call due to our A/C not working and our car was brand new. It was close to closing time and the service guy (I now wish I remembered his name) was helpful in suggesting a troubleshoot for the problem and it helped tremendously. I love the VW company, but this center gave me even more confidence in choosing to be loyal to VW. He not only took our call, but stayed on the phone with us while it was rebooting.
