10 years as a customer, no longer recommend! 5+ hours after dropping off my car (with an appointment) for a check engine light, I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on it. I spoke to a rep, who put me on hold and 15min later still had not returned to the call. I hung up and called back, explained the frustrations to the service receptionist, who was unsympathetic at best. She said a manager would call me in 10-15 min.
