Scheduled a recall. Had to drive in to schedule it btw. They don't seem to answer the phones down there. Then when you leave a message for a return call you don't hear back from them. Got several excuses about short staff. Apparently listening to voicemails and returning phone calls aren't high priority. Made the recall appointment with a scheduled oil change as well since we were coming in anyways. 2 weeks goes by and we show up as scheduled at 4pm.
