Drove 45 min each way to find out our appt was cancelled due to no parts. All others were called and informed, but not us.
As usual, VW of Olympia diagnosed my car's issues and got them fixed in a couple of days. And they let me know what was going on with the repairs, how much it would cost, and when it would be ready for pickup. The mechanics and customer service advisor are top notch. They always get things fixed right the first time.
