I had to pick up lug bolts for my Audi and they had them in stock (all 20). They provided insight on my car, specific information based on my VIN. They're personable and courteous to their customers. The only thing is the price for the parts for my car is overpriced. Owning an A8L, the price for parts is part of the showroom price. An example is the OEM dealership headlight for the A8L is over $5000. It's part of the package when you own a European car.
Don’t buy a volkswagen from Serra, they have no service. I bought a bad car from them, 6x in the shop in the first 20k miles. Four times was trying to fix the same issue. Each time they book 2 weeks out. They’ve had about 1 tech for the past two years and all they say is sorry, we’re short staffed. There is no loyalty to customers you just get in line and wait for service. It’s been a terrible experience. Buy a different make from someone else.

I drove over 200 miles to Traverse City this past week on Wednesday night, in my turbo diesel Passat, for a 4 day conference and my ad blue caution light came on cautioning a no engine start within less than 200 miles, as I was approaching Traverse City. I contacted this location first thing Thursday moring hoping they could top off my ad blue to hopefully reset the caution light so that I could make it back to my home VW dealership servicing company for troubleshooting.
