They wanted to charge me $10 for a $1 crush washer. I can literally order these online for less $1 But hey that's okay. I did my oil change for 50 bucks in materials and just reused the old washer. I later found another dealership selling it for $2.
I ordered two parts for an old car costing $200. The manager said that if they don't fit and I return them, they will charge me 50% of the price.
Big shout out to Ellie!!!! After trying two other local VW dealerships about buying a license plate bracket with poor interactions, she was a breath of fresh air. One dealerships preferred text and ghosted me. The other could/would not answer what rivets, etc. was needed for installation. Ellie quickly told me what was needed and assured me they were in stock. Thank you!
Ordered something online and they had a tracking number for me within an hour. I have dealt with a lot of Volkswagen parts departments all around the country and this one is superior in regards to getting the product to their customer and it's not even close. Highly recommend using these guys!
