Terrible service, would not give me the part # for the VW parts I need even though they do not have it in stock. As the rep told me they're an independent business therefore they are not actually representing the manufacturer— VW. All I wanted is a part number so I could see if VW Puyallup has it in stock. Awfully nasty customer service, do not buy from them. Response to owner: It's ok, I went to VW of Puyallup— they were extremely courteous and able to help me out.
