5 years ago when this was a local dealership it was great. It has been sold twice and is now owned by the Diehl auto group. Hands down worst experience ever in my life at a dealership. My car had began to have water coming in and I took in to get fixed. The first thing that was terrible was the advisor she could not communicate or translate at all what the mechanic was saying and she was terrible at being able to get ahold of. I recently purchased a 2023 VW from a different dealer. The warranty for my vehicle though has been handled by Diehl (as that is where the vehicle was bought new). I have made three attempts to contact them for a service appointment, and I get nothing but "hold on". I always get hung up on and I've never received a call back (when on multiple occasions, I've been told that). Do not count on this dealership to do anything but avoid you.
