I bought in my 2023 VW Atlas for service and it was a disaster. At the appointment to check out a radiator leak, Firelands claimed that a rock had hit the top(!) of the radiator and blown a hole in it. Highly unlikely, but whatever. What was shocking was that Firelands told me they could keep the car in the shop and fix it within a week; they already have the part. I didn't hear from them for a week and eventually called only to find out that the part wasn't available after all and wouldn't get to them for another two weeks.... read more
