Relaxed and chill experience compared to going east into Chantilly. Nick and Phil were extremely helpful showing me different models to fit my needs. Thanks!
Timely, professional service. Friendly, too.
Phil was the best car salesman I have ever worked with (and I’ve had a lot of cars). He is knowledgeable about the product, ensured education on the car was complete before purchase. He found me the exact color and style I was searching for and then made sure it hit the price point we needed. We are a loyal.. alternative brand vehicle family.. and I’m now a loyal Dogwood costumer! Will definitely be back.
Well done, less time than I expected
(July 2026) Did my 1st year complimentary service and had no issues since scheduling through MyVW app until the service execution. Will (service advisor) explained everything and the car went to shop in the correct time. (September 2026) Had my GTI serviced with Shelby. Knowledgeable and sweet to work on the warranty claim. She is extra mile. VW service is definitely far away better than Honda in North America. Recommend benchmarking Lindsay Manassas for their waiting lobby. Winchester area deserves it.
