Came to the dealership to check out vehicles, wasn’t necessarily looking to buy anything but wanted to get an idea. Ended up working with Alfonso to test drive some cars and learn more about them. Drove out of the dealership with one of the certified pre-owned vehicles he showed me that day that I absolutely loved. I came into Volkswagen of Winchester unscheduled because a service light came on with my vehicle. They didn't have a time slot available that day but they did a quick dianosis, gave me some coolant and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. The team took care of me, allowing me to take take their shuttle service so I don't have to wait at the dealership.
Highly recommend VW of Winchester. Very personable. I just moved from out of State and they made me feel like family from the minute I walked in the door. Will definitely be servicing my 2024 VW Atlas cross sport with VW of Winchester. Thanks Ashley for the amazing experience.
